Desmond Fine Art specializes in the valuation of fine art. The firm, located in Belfast, Maine, was founded by Jo Desmond. In addition to appraisal, Ms. Desmond has over thirty five years experience in the arts as a professional artist, gallery owner and conservation picture framer with an emphasis on museum quality French matting.
